In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor klantcontact, het invullen van klantbladen, en klachtenregistratie. Je hebt een MBO-4 opleiding en uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en MS Office. Daarnaast ben je klantgericht, communicatief sterk, en kun je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
