Een bekend retailbedrijf in Utrecht zoekt een teamleider voor zijn winkel. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansteken van motivatie binnen je team, werkt actief mee op de vloer en denkt strategisch mee over het verbeteren van de klantbeleving. Je ontvangt een salaris tussen de € 2.624,- en € 2.805,- bruto per maand, plus bijbehorende voordelen zoals vakantiedagen en trainingen.
Flexibiliteit in werktijden is vereist, evenals sociale vaardigheden en commerciële instelling.
