Vrijwilligers bieden begeleiding en ondernemen activiteiten die een kind helpen zich gezien en verbonden te voelen, zoals wandelen of spelletjes spelen. Ervaring met kinderen is gewenst, en vrijwilligers moeten minimaal zes maanden beschikbaar zijn. De organisatie biedt scholing, begeleiding en een reiskostenvergoeding.
