We are seeking a Product Development Project Manager to support a major digital transformation project. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity and quality during the migration to a new global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to harmonise ingredient and recipe specifications across R&I and manufacturing.

• Validate and upgrade recipe data for completeness and accuracy.
• Cross-check multiple systems (legacy PLM, new PLM, formulation tools, dashboards).
• Represent category needs within the transformation program team.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and key users to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.

• Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical or Food Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in food technology or product development.
• Strong knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Artemis) and data flows.
• Advanced Excel skills and data management expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage complexity in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
