Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic software company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a proven ability to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, and exceptional communication skills to manage both clients and internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at holding all stakeholders accountable to agreed‑upon project plans, ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions.

Remote anywhere in the Netherlands, candidates in proximity of company office preferred (Bunschoten‑Spakenburg)

• Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Management
  • Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet project goals.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain team morale through effective leadership.
• Client Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients regarding project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Accountability and Oversight
  • Hold clients and staff accountable for adhering to agreed‑upon deliverables and timelines.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
  • Implement and enforce project management best practices.
• Risk and Issue Management
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor for issues and conflicts, resolving them efficiently to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and post‑project evaluations.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and KPIs.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus).
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of project management experience in the software development or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Dutch, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive accountability among team members.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools.
• Available to work CET 8am‑5pm with reasonable flexibility outside this range to work in a global team.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands without employment sponsorship.
