In deze rol leid je een team van regionale HR Managers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-programma's die passen binnen de bedrijfscultuur. Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het optimaliseren van processen en het gebruik van data om HR-impact te meten. Gezocht wordt naar iemand met 8–10 jaar ervaring in HR, bij voorkeur in een internationale context, die vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt.
