Over de functie
Als F&B Shift Leader bij Landal Wijk aan Zee zorg jij ervoor dat alles in ons strandpaviljoen soepel loopt en gasten zich meteen welkom voelen. Jij weet precies hoe je een relaxte strandsfeer combineert met goede service en een strak georganiseerde werkvloer.
Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig tijdens je shift: je stuurt collega’s aan, helpt mee in de bediening en houdt overzicht op wat er speelt. Of het nu gaat om reserveringen, bestellingen via het systeem of de flow op het terras, jij schakelt snel en houdt het tempo erin. Achter de schermen zorg je dat alles klopt: de voorraad is op orde, HACCP-checks worden gedaan en het paviljoen ziet er verzorgd uit.
Met jouw positieve energie en oog voor gastvrijheid weet je het team te motiveren en samen zorg je voor een fijne vibe waar gasten graag voor terugkomen.
