Jij biedt zorg vanuit hun kracht en zorgt voor optimale afstemming op hun zorg- en behandelplannen. We verwachten ervaring met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag en een zorgdiploma op mbo niveau 3. Dit is een dynamische rol waar je samenwerkt in een ervaren team, met ondersteuning voor verdere scholing en ontwikkeling.
