Een forensische zorginstelling in Limburg zoekt een afdelingshoofd medische dienst. In deze rol geef je leiding aan een team van zorgprofessionals en zorg je ervoor dat alle zorgprocessen efficiënt verlopen. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen en teamontwikkeling te stimuleren. Je hebt een hbo-diploma verpleegkunde met BIG registratie en ervaring in een leidinggevende rol in de zorg, bij voorkeur in een forensische setting.
