Een zorgorganisatie in de regio Medemblik zoekt een coördinerend verzorgende IG die zorgt voor cliënten in hun eigen omgeving. Je coördineert zorgactiviteiten en onderhoudt contacten met zorgprofessionals. Je hebt een mbo-opleiding Verzorgende IG en ervaring in de thuiszorg.
