Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een woonassistent die samen met zorgmedewerkers zorgt voor een warme omgeving voor bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij dagelijkse taken en bouwt relaties op met bewoners en hun families. De functie vereist een mbo-opleiding op niveau 1 en flexibele beschikbaarheid. Na een opleiding kun je een grotere rol vervullen binnen de zorg. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor een contract van 15-18 uur per week met ruimte voor groei.
