Een personeelsdienst in Nederland zoekt een Consulent WMO die per 1 april beschikbaar is voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van Wmo-aanmeldingen, het opstellen van integrale plannen en het schakelen met verschillende partners. Ervaring als Wmo consulent en kennis van relevante wetgeving zijn vereist. Het contract is voor de duur van de opdracht met kans op verlenging.
