Een middelgroot familiebedrijf in Friesland zoekt een CFO die richting geeft aan het financieel beleid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor planning, budgettering en de rapportage aan de directie en aandeelhouders. Als leiderschapsfiguur stuur je een team van ongeveer 10 FTE aan, breng je structuur aan en stimuleer je financieel bewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Een stevige financiële achtergrond en ervaring in projectmatige omgevingen zijn vereist.
De rol vraagt om een nuchtere, pragmatische aanpak die bijdraagt aan de groei en professionalisering van het bedrijf.
