This isn’t just another Finance Director role, it’s a chance to architect the future of ViCentra. Fresh off a major investment round, we’re gearing up for global expansion and growth. Your mission? Build a world-class finance function, creating the systems, processes, and policies that will power a company set to triple its customer base.

As our Finance Director you’ll be the strategic partner at the heart of every big decision, from market entry strategies to operational scaling, ensuring financial clarity and confidence as we grow. You will be the force behind building a strong Finance function that can support our ambitious growth. We’re scaling fast, and while that brings incredible opportunities, it also means our processes and structures are not yet where they need to be.

You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to design and implement foundational frameworks, introduce best practices, and lead transformative change across the organization. It’s a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where adaptability and resilience are key.

In your role, you will:

• Architect the finance function; design the structure, processes, and policies that will enable ViCentra to scale globally.

• Lead the charge on transformation; automate reporting, and create a data‑driven finance environment that accelerates decision‑making.

• Own strategic financial planning; deliver robust forecasting, scenario modelling, and investment cases that guide our expansion and growth trajectory.

• Be the voice of financial strategy at the table; partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board to shape market entry strategies, and capital allocation.

• Build and inspire a high‑performing team; recruit, mentor, and develop talent to create a finance organization that thrives in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.

• Drive operational excellence; champion cost discipline, risk management, and compliance while enabling bold innovation.

• Influence beyond finance; collaborate across R&D, operations, and commercial teams to ensure financial insights power every decision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

• 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership roles.

• Proven experience in building or transforming finance functions in fast‑growing companies.

• Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Med Tech, healthcare, or regulated sector experience strongly preferred.

• Bonus: CPA/CFA certification, experience in PE/VC‑backed growth companies, and knowledge of manufacturing cost structures.
