About the Role

As our new Customer Service Account Representative
, you’ll elevate the customer experience and ensure our Scandinavian clients receive world‑class service. You’ll have the freedom to shape your work, make decisions, and build meaningful customer relationships. The role is based in our EMEA Headquarters in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

  • Deliver high-quality service to B2B customers
  • Manage orders, provide technical support, and respond to inquiries
  • Co‑manage accounts and support business development
  • Identify customer needs and offer value‑added solutions
  • Maintain our high service standards and customer satisfaction levels

Who You Are

You’re a proactive, positive team player who goes the extra mile for customers. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy solving challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Business‑level fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably in a customer support role
  • Technical affinity, curiosity, and the ability to learn fast
