Een bedrijf in de klantenservice zoekt een enthousiaste Customer support specialist in Eemnes. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt ondersteuning via telefoon, mail en chat. Vereist zijn een MBO-diploma, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, en ervaring in klantenservice is een plus. Je betaalt ook aandacht aan technische klachten en werkt samen met andere teams. Er zijn groeimogelijkheden en leuke bedrijfsevenementen.
