Een bekend Zeeuws familiebedrijf zoekt een Teamleider Customer Service om het team aan te sturen en de klantbeleving te verbeteren. Je zult een team van vier collega's leiden, werk inplannen en zorgen voor hun ontwikkeling. Belangrijke vereisten zijn HBO-niveau, 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in klantenservice, en goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
