Als Senior calculator ben je een onmisbare schakel in de voorbereidingsfase van nieuwbouwprojecten. Of het nu gaat om woningen, appartementen of utiliteitsbouw, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Op basis van tekeningen, offerteaanvragen, bestekken of opnames maak je nauwkeurige calculaties en beoordeel je offertes. Je streeft continu naar de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en zoekt alternatieven waar dat nodig is.
In deze rol onderhoud je intensief contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
- Actief betrokken zijn bij de gehele voorbereidingsfase van nieuwbouwprojecten;
- Het maken van nauwkeurige calculaties en het beoordelen van offertes;
- Zoeken naar de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en alternatieven waar nodig;
- Veelvuldig contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
