Een bouwbedrijf in Limburg zoekt een Bouwkundig Service Coördinator die als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor service- en renovatie meldingen. Je analyseert klachten, plant reparaties en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met de bewoners. De ideale kandidaat heeft een MBO bouwkunde niveau en is communicatief sterk, georganiseerd en ervaren in de bouw. Kennis van digitale systemen en vloeiend Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist.
Dit is een uitdagende rol waarin je ook processen kunt verbeteren.
