Je geeft leiding aan een team van tien medewerkers die samen de constructie-afdeling vormen. Daar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor orde, netheid en de veiligheid. Natuurlijk stem je planning en uitvoering goed op elkaar af.
Welke eisen stellen wij aan jou?- je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en natuurlijk overwicht
- je hebt werkervaring in de constructie
- je bent in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen
- je bent flexibel en collegiaal ingesteld
- goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
- vakantiedagen volgens CAO
