Als AP Accountant speel je een cruciale rol in het administratieve proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking binnen de organisatie.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Het nauwkeurig inboeken van inkomende facturen (gemiddeld 2.000 tot 3.000 per maand).
- Het garanderen van een correcte en zorgvuldige verwerking van administratieve taken.
- Je hebt een basiskennis boekhouding.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
- Je bent leergierig en communiceert vlot met collega’s.
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met administratieve, repetitieve taken.
- Werkuren: 9u – 17u, ideaal voor een goede werk-privébalans.
- Makkelijk bereikbaar en gelegen in een prachtige omgeving.
- Opstart: zo snel mogelijk, zodat je meteen aan de slag kunt!
- Bij voorkeur voltijds, maar bespreekbaar indien nodig.
