About the Position
Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Oncology) – New Jersey

Schedule:
Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week; every other weekend required; 3 out of 6 holidays; float requirement applies; no on-call
Highlights:
Specialize in acute adult oncology with a focus on leukemia and lymphoma in an inpatient setting
Provide evidence-based, patient-centric care aligned with a professional nursing practice model
Engage in therapeutic interventions, care planning, and comprehensive patient assessment
Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage complex oncology cases
Flexible scheduling with predictable shift rotation and defined holiday requirements
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
Minimum 2 years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia and lymphoma in an inpatient setting
Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card certified by ONS
Telemetry experience preferred
