Accounting Specialist

Description

Robert Half is partnering with one of its clients for an Accounting Specialist. This role will focus primarily on AIA billing, collections, RFIs, and more. Great opportunity to join a growing organization - please apply if you are interested!

Responsibilities:

- Process and manage billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

- Handle purchase orders and maintain procurement records to support operational needs.

- Collaborate with teams to manage change orders and maintain financial documentation.

- Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity.

- Support the submission and tracking of documentation related to financial processes.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all accounting activities.

- Provide administrative support for accounting and finance functions as required.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.

- Proficiency in AIA billing.

- Prior collections experience.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of procurement processes and financial documentation.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
