Product Analyst

Role Focus

Leveraging data to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.

• Collect, clean, and analyze product usage data, customer data, and market data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention, conversion rates).
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the product team.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data tracking requirements.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python/R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and key product metrics.
• Typically 1-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
