Warehouse Associate / Dock Worker/General Labor

Job Summary: Humano is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers in Neosho, MO. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for unloading shipments, organizing and staging freight, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods within our facility.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift weight ranging from 20 to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with manual labor tasks
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred, but not required
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Unload household items in teams
• Stack and wrap items onto pallets, mainly household goods
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed

Details:

• Competitive pay: $17 - $20 per hour based on daily productivity metrics.
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00PM pm to 2:30 AM (occasional overtime)
• Daily Pay App option for accessing earnings instantly
