Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot);
Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed;

Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and handle exchanges and returns
