* Schedule:

** Fulltime 40hrs/week - Days
** Physical Therapy - Outpatient
*** Physical therapists help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disability for any patient suffering from injury or disease
* Therapy focuses on improving function, strength, balance and coordination with a goal of improving, restoring or maintaining how an individual functions at work and at home
* Freeman therapists also teach patients to use assistive and adaptive devices, such as crutches, prostheses and wheelchairs
** What You’ll Do
** Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers/documents care, and provides D/C planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff. Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, State/National regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies/procedures.
** Requirements
* * Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
