We are looking for a full‑time, onsite Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barrowford. The individual will manage and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and drive brand awareness through digital campaigns. Day‑to‑day tasks will include analysing social media metrics, collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies, and staying up to date on current trends to enhance audience engagement and business growth.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with audiences and team members
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
• Familiarity with design tools or experience in visual content creation is a plus
• Previous experience in an agency or a similar role is advantageous
• Degree apprentice considered
