Marketing Manager

Overview

Marketing Manager position for Protec Fire and Security Group/A Bosch Company. Protec's Head Office in Nelson, Lancashire. Salary/Package:
Competitive Package (Dependent On Experience). Full time: 40 hours per week.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals and roadmap and strategy.
• Oversee content creation (blogs, social media, videos, brochures) and support internal communication (podcasts, email, Teams, and engagement activities).
• Maintain brand guidelines, manage brand identity, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead the company sponsorship and donation process.
• Work closely with departments across the group to capture insight, understand priorities and turn expertise into strong marketing assets.
• Collaborate with business development, sales teams, and other departments to support events, lead generation, revenue growth and business priorities.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Drive innovation by exploring new marketing channels, tools, and technologies.
• Support team efficiencies by keeping on top of marketing admin and following agreed processes.
• Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering professional growth.
