About the role
Come and join our Pendle & Ribble Valley NHS Talking Therapies Team! We are the local NHS Talking Therapies service offering 1:1 therapy as well as group work and online therapy. We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic individual with the appropriate training, skills and experience to offer counselling. If you think this is you, do please apply!
Our teamOur team consists of a close group of PWPs, Counsellors and CBT therapists who collaborate to deliver the best service and outcomes for clients. We are driven to work in integrative ways and have strong links with specialist services, enhancing patient care as we strive to ensure that clients receive the right treatment for their needs. We also champion specialist areas, for which we are given protected time to develop our knowledge base and build stronger partnerships.
ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group counselling and online therapy sessions, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Work with the team to integrate care with specialist services and support integration of patients across the organization.
Requirements & QualificationsAppropriate training, skills and experience to offer counselling. Read the person specification and ensure your application complies – it will be measured against it. Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required; a charge may be made to successful candidates.
