- In a person-centred approach, support adults to live independently and work towards independent accommodation, including assistance with medication, community access, and domestic tasks.
- Provide care with a positive, flexible attitude; think on your feet and understand service users’ needs with a friendly approach.
- Demonstrate values-driven practice rather than relying on formal qualifications; focus on building relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Show patience and a sense of humour; apply these qualities in daily interactions and when supporting tenants to live full and happy lives.
- Experience with in the Health and Social Care industry is essential for this role.
- You will be supported on the job with training and may undertake professional qualifications if desired or required for your role.
