Support Worker – Supported Living

We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Limes Place based in Colne, BB8 9FB

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you'll be supporting adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied and no two days will be the same. You will think on your feet and truly understand our clients' needs, bringing a big smile that lights up our service users’ faces.

We’re not too concerned about formal qualifications for this role; we’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you find joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you. Patience, a sense of humour, and the ability to represent these traits are key qualities we are looking for.

Experience with in the Health and Social Care industry is essential. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training, and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
