Fin Ops & Treasury Manager | Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) | £45,000 - £50,000 salary +performance bonus

Are you ready to take ownership in a fast scaling fintech where payments power possibility? Our client is a great, ambitious, and rapidly growing fintech entering a major stage of expansion. They're building something bold in the payments space and now we're looking for a Fin Ops & Treasury Manager to play a role in shaping the future of their finance operations.

• This isnt just a standard treasury role, you will take ownership of a growing function in a scaling fintech and help design and automate best-in-class finance processes from the ground up
• Work closely with senior leadership whilst managing and mentoring two Treasury Analysts and supporting new product launches and client onboarding
• Sit at the heart of operations, safeguarding, reconciling and optimising client funds whilst ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance
• Own fund management and payment approvals, oversee daily scheme settlements and fund movements and sign off client balances and safeguard movements
• Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks, lead continuous improvements to client fund processes and act as a key point of contact for clients

• Experience in a high growth fintech (card issuing, acquiring, processing or challenger banking preferred)
• Strong treasury or finance operations background
• Confidence managing high volume transactions and large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills and multi-currency experience
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• A proactive, improvement-driven mindset
