Risk Specialist

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Risk Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team. In this pivotal role you’ll lead core operational risk activities and provide strategic support to the Head of Risk & Compliance. You’ll play a key part in shaping our risk management framework, identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across business units while ensuring effective governance and compliance.

• Identify and document operational, strategic, and compliance risks; maintain risk registers; facilitate risk workshops; monitor key risk indicators.
• Contribute to internal risk reporting; review controls and mitigation strategies; prepare materials for risk committees.
• Build strong relationships across the business; provide guidance on risk‑related matters; promote risk awareness.
• Monitor regulatory developments, support compliance monitoring and internal audits.
• Deliver risk awareness training and engage in continuous professional development.

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex issues.
• Skilled in compliance monitoring, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and support investigations with resilience and professionalism.
