We’re looking for compassionate, committed, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residential Children s Support Workers in our 1 bed home in Lancashire. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be a positive role model and provide life-changing support to children who need it most.

What You ll Do
  • Provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
  • Support children in developing life skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Work shifts, 2 days on (including sleeps) and 4 days off.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to undergo this qualification once employed
  • Experience in a children s home setting (highly desirable)
  • Passion to help nurture young people
  • Full, UK driving licence (essential)
  • All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulation
