Your Role:
The Face of Kurz on the Road and in the Warehouse As a Warehouse & Local Delivery Associate, you are more than a driver you are a trusted representative of Kurz. You'll ensure our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and with exceptional service.

• Safely load and secure materials for delivery
• Deliver and pick up products from customer locations (local routes home daily)
• Provide friendly, professional service at every customer interaction
• Complete delivery documentation and process transactions in Net Suite
• Assist with order picking and packing in the warehouse
• Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition
• Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and inventory tasks
• Assist with special projects such as cycle counts and vendor receipts

• Valid, clean driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety
• Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus

• Customers consistently have a positive, professional experience
• Deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care
