Overview

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Medical Oxygen Service Technician to join our team. The technician serves as the face of the company, providing empathetic and accurate communication to support patients’ health and quality of life. Responsibilities include educating patients on equipment use, troubleshooting issues, ensuring safe use, and building trust through regular face‑to‑face interactions.

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van up to 16 feet in length.
• Deliver and educate patients on the safe use and care of respiratory equipment at their residence.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.
• Resolve patient equipment problems on an as‑needed basis.

• Current commercial driver’s license.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred; required endorsements can be obtained.
• Acceptable criminal background check and motor‑vehicle record check.
• Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT physical examination.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, push, and carry heavy equipment daily.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Desire to work with the public and help others achieve a better quality of life.
