Senior Java Full Stack Developer
Location:
Neenah, WI (Onsite candidates may start remotely; relocation required within 30 days)
Engagement:
Long Term Contract or Full-Time
We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands‑on experience in backend development and modern front‑end frameworks. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive in communication, and comfortable working in production environments with cross‑functional teams.
Required Experience- 8+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders
- Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and production support
- Java / Spring Boot
- Vue.js (Intermediate to Expert)
- Node.js (Intermediate)
- Bootstrap
- AWS Cloud
- Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Actively participate in deployments and ongoing support activities
