Overview
Jack’s Maintenance Service, a commercial cleaning and maintenance company founded in 1952, is hiring several high‑rise window cleaners for the Madison crew. The position is outdoor and requires comfort with heights or spiders, and offers daily pay, benefits, bonuses, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Interior and exterior window cleaning in offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.
- Travel to client sites and surrounding areas to complete scheduled work orders.
- Perform exterior work at ladder height up to 40 feet or suspended height up to 300 feet using aerial lifts, suspended scaffolds/chairs, and/or rigging harnesses.
- Work independently and as part of a small team.
- Conduct quality inspections, security sweeps, and supply orders.
- Learn and follow all safety and security procedures.
- Experience with ladders, rigging safety rope systems, operating man lifts, suspended scaffolding, and bosun’s chairs.
- Use and maintain water‑fed purification cleaning systems.
- Work using ladders, poles, and squeegees.
- Attend mandatory safety meetings.
- Pressure wash windows at ground levels and heights.
- Prior janitorial or window cleaning experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of rope descending systems (RDA).

USD $15.00 – $20.00 per hour.
