• Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.
• Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors and guests.
• Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining secure logs.
• Monitoring a CCTV system.
• Handling incoming calls and emails.
• Lobby detail, ensuring egress corridors are accessible.
• Check‑In authorized personnel onsite.

• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
• High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
• Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
• Astute observation and detailed note‑taking/reporting.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active California Guard Card.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service/security position.
• Have a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years.
• Background screening required.
• Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
