Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time GRILL COOK position at Eurest, located at Kimberly Clark - 2100 Winchester Road, Neenah, WI 54956. Online applications accepted only. Schedule is full time and part time;
Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview. Requirement:
Previous food service experience is required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour.

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service. Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Cares for quality by tasting prepared items.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service. Maintains records from area worked during service periods.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to a supervisor. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

Previous food service experience. Ability to work full time or part time, with a flexible schedule. Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
