Interview type: CLINICAL INTERVIEW
HARD STOP REQUIREMENTS: must have ORTHO/NEURO trauma exp
Required experience:
3 years RN exp, 2 years Med Surg exp, travel exp required (NO NEW TRAVELERS WILL BE ACCEPTED)
Charting: EPIC required within the last 2 years
Float: throughout facility within skillset; to all Theda Care facilities within 60 miles
Weekends/holidays: every other weekend unless noted otherwise - holiday rotation as needed

* Weekly hours are not guaranteed the week of orientation, if there are unit closures, during holiday weeks, or when there is voluntary/approved time off.
