Required Skills:

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure and certification
• Proven experience in anesthesia administration
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, protocols, and safety standards
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Advanced certifications related to anesthesia or pain management
• Bilingual abilities to engage diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience in a clinical setting
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Active state license to practice as a CRNA

Other Requirements:

• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week
• Availability to work consistent shifts aligned with the facility's operational hours
• Willingness to adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation if required
