Required Skills:
- Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure and certification
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, protocols, and safety standards
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional communication and patient care skills
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Advanced certifications related to anesthesia or pain management
- Bilingual abilities to engage diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Education and Experience:
- Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience in a clinical setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Active state license to practice as a CRNA
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week
- Availability to work consistent shifts aligned with the facility's operational hours
- Willingness to adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation if required
