Orthopedic Nurse

Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $42.00/hr

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient Orthopedics team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you’ll provide a blend of triage and clinical support while working closely with a collaborative team!

Flexible schedules ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 FTE

• Deliver direct patient care and triage services during regular clinic hours
• Manage patient communication, handle medication refills, and coordinate surgical scheduling
• Assist with orthopedic procedures such as casting, splinting, brace fitting, and suture or staple removal
• Follow clinical protocols and support ongoing patient care and health maintenance plans
• Partner with physicians and team members to maintain an efficient, patient-centered workflow
• Contribute to onboarding and training of new staff as needed

• Active RN license (WI or compact)
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Experience in a fast-paced outpatient or specialty clinic preferred
• Orthopedic, DME, or triage experience strongly desired
• Comfort with casting, bracing, and minor procedure support
• No Fridays
• Supportive and close knit team
