Summary:
The Marketing and Recruitment Specialist plans, organizes, and implements the marketing, communications and recruitment efforts of Baptist Health College Little Rock (BHCLR). The Marketing and Recruitment Specialist helps to develop and manage an annual marketing and communications plan for the college to aid in recruitment and support the growth of BHCLR programs. In support of the college's enrollment, retention and graduation goals, the Marketing and Recruitment Specialist independently represents the college to targeted constituencies and develops and maintains relationships with identified partners.
Other information:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing preferred. Digital marketing experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficient in the English language, including reading and writing.
Ability to develop and deliver visually appealing, engaging presentations.
Brand ambassador and must be willing and able to positively represent BHCLR. Willing to travel and work evenings if required for specific events.
This job will be authorized
80.00 hours bi-weekly.
