The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$43,100.00 - $64,700.00
Purpose StatementThe Higher Level Assembly Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes. As a key technical advocate within the Focus Factory Team, they utilize their skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in Plexus's assembly operations.
Key Job Accountabilities- A minimum of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science
- Minimum One (1) year of related experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
