Warehouse Coordinator Nights (Transportation)

Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the business results and team leadership in a designated area of our Neenah, Wisconsin manufacturing facility.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the overnight shift, ensuring supply chain operations run smoothly and safely while leading a team of dedicated employees.

Responsibilities
  • Make basic operating decisions and provide work direction to area employees.
  • Work with production scheduling to coordinate supplies and production plans, minimizing downtime.
  • Assist forklift operators as needed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, or other functions as required.
  • Ensure efficient process flow.
  • Train new team members hands‑on as needed.
  • Facilitate shift‑start communication and ongoing workload adjustments.
  • Coach team members in productivity, quality, cost, food safety, and work safety.
  • Review and assist in tracking time and attendance.
  • Track performance metrics.
  • Serve as a resource for process‑related issues and questions.
  • Cross‑train to perform any position in the area as needed.
  • Apply ERP knowledge to release, start, and close batch orders, reviewing net requirements and making basic business decisions.
  • Review employee timesheets, correct, and approve.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in receiving, material handling, or warehouse inventory skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent training skills and the ability to provide effective direction.
  • Strong administrative and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and systems for the area of responsibility.
  • Positive, respectful, high‑energy, team‑focused, and motivating style.
  • Team player who works well with others.
  • Calm under pressure, applying good judgment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine solutions.
  • Willingness to perform regular work tasks in the area.
  • Initiative for process improvement.
  • Available and flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong record of performance in attendance, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary education preferred.
Hours, Location & Pay

Full‑time position, 5:45 pm to 6:00 am on a 2‑2‑3 schedule at the Horseshoe Beverage manufacturing facility. Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Physical & Mental Demands
  • Frequently required to sit, hear, type data, use a computer and telephone.
  • Might occasionally operate machinery and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Multi‑tasking, decision making, problem solving, data analysis, and coordination.
  • Potential exposure to chemicals, heights, loud noise, mechanical equipment, wet environments.
