Location:
Neenah, WI, right off I‑41.
Schedule:
2‑2‑3 straight shift with a 3‑day weekend off every other weekend. Benefits include competitive hourly pay, attendance bonus, 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance, and exclusive employee discounts on coffee products.
- Operate production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment.
- Ensure efficient and safe machine operation.
- Produce high‑quality finished products and complete packaging.
- Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
- Complete paperwork and data entry.
- Assist in the packaging area and cross‑train on other machine duties.
- Coordinate production scheduling or BOM changes.
- Keep production area clean and orderly.
- Provide training or direction to other production line employees.
- High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary education a plus.
- Food processing or packaging experience.
- Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards.
- Self‑directed, personally motivated, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work fast‑paced environment while meeting customer expectations.
- Team player who contributes to a positive work environment; good attendance and performance record.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Additional qualifications:
3+ years of food production and/or machine operating experience; strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; good interpersonal and service skills at all levels.
