Location:

Neenah, WI, right off I‑41.

Schedule:

2‑2‑3 straight shift with a 3‑day weekend off every other weekend. Benefits include competitive hourly pay, attendance bonus, 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance, and exclusive employee discounts on coffee products.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment.
  • Ensure efficient and safe machine operation.
  • Produce high‑quality finished products and complete packaging.
  • Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Complete paperwork and data entry.
  • Assist in the packaging area and cross‑train on other machine duties.
  • Coordinate production scheduling or BOM changes.
  • Keep production area clean and orderly.
  • Provide training or direction to other production line employees.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary education a plus.
  • Food processing or packaging experience.
  • Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards.
  • Self‑directed, personally motivated, and detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to work fast‑paced environment while meeting customer expectations.
  • Team player who contributes to a positive work environment; good attendance and performance record.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Additional qualifications:

    3+ years of food production and/or machine operating experience; strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; good interpersonal and service skills at all levels.
