Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

The Project Manager leads end-to-end commercialization and new product development initiatives, ensuring customer-driven innovations move from concept to launch with speed, structure and accountability. This role manages cross‑functional projects involving sales, operations, quality, supply chain and engineering, overseeing key elements such as timelines, resources, risk management, customer trials and stage‑gate processes. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing project leadership experience, excels in complex environments, drives on‑time and on‑budget execution, improves speed‑to‑market and enhances visibility and predictability across the commercialization and NPD pipeline.
