Site Manager, Occupational Health & Safety (Neenah, WI - Cold Spring Facility)
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Site Manager, Occupational Health & Safety to lead the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) team at our Cold Spring Facility in Neenah, WI. This role delivers strategic leadership on occupational health and safety programs, ensuring alignment with K‑C OH&S and E&S standards and compliance with local legal requirements.
In This Role- Legal Compliance Management:
Interpret, understand, and monitor changing legal requirements applicable to site activities and operations. - Complex Risk Assessment:
Identify and assess complex occupational health and safety hazards, develop risk mitigation plans and educate others. - Subject Matter Expertise:
Maintain expertise in occupational health and safety subjects relevant to K‑C OH&S and E&S performance standards. - Leadership in Incident Management:
Lead investigations, conduct causal analyses, and build incident management capabilities in the organization. - Training Development and Delivery:
Design, deliver, and assess training on a broad spectrum of OH&S and E&S topics for moderate‑complexity operations. - Program Maturity Assessments:
Perform routine maturity and performance reviews of the site’s occupational health and safety program. - Leadership
Skills:
Exhibit accountability, positive role modeling, and commitment in line with the Leadership Curriculum. - Technological Acumen:
Leverage data and digital platforms to improve decision‑making and address automation in job duties. - Project & Change Management:
Manage projects and change initiatives effectively. - Lean Mindset &
Collaboration:
Demonstrate continuous improvement, value creation, and strong collaboration across teams. - Manufacturing Planning & Execution:
Understand manufacturing planning, execution, and capital allocation processes (for moderate‑complexity sites).
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, or related field.
- 7+ years of safety/occupational health or industrial hygiene management within a manufacturing environment focused on legal compliance, risk management, and company standards.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities, if any.
- Professional certifications such as PE, CIH, CSP, HMM or NEBOSH.
- Experience in a consumer products organization.
Salary Range: 127,600 – 157,600 USD (US location only). The role includes eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan.
